Rent as a Bed & Breakfast or rent the whole villa!!!

Rates shown are per night and include all taxes.
Normal holiday rates are shown below. Rates are subject to change.

IN-SEASON RATES:(11/01 to 4/30)
Rent Villa - $450 per day (WindStar Van included!)
Rent as B&B - $175 per day per room (including breakfast from Dona Luz and Don Pedro)

OUT-OF-SEASON RATES:(5/1 TO 10/31)
Rent Villa - $425 per day (Windster Van included!)
Rent as B&B - $175 per day per room (including breakfast from Dona Luz and Don Pedro)

REFUNDS:
No refunds will be made for any cancelled, missed or unused features of a reservation unless the property is rented to another client for all or a part of the same time period of the original reservation. In cases where a reservation is cancelled and rented to someone else, an appropriate, pro-rated, refund will be made to the original party. In either case, no credits will be offered for cancellations that are made 48 hours or less prior to the original arrival date. All cancellation correspondence must be made with the original email address used to make the reservation.
